  • Performance Management & Analytics Concepts
  • Conducting workshop for requirement gathering
  • Conducting POC & Demo of TrueSight solution
  • Monitoring of OS Platforms UNIX, Windows, AS 400
  • Monitoring of Database Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2, Sybase, Mongo DB, PostreSQL etc
  • Monitoring of ApplicationsWeb Server Citrix, IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, SAP, Oracle EBS etc
  • Monitoring of Hardware and Storage using Sentry Patrol KM
  • Configuring Signature & Absolute thresholds based on best practices
  • Event Management policies
  • Service Impact Management Manual & CMDB
  • Configure Custom Dashboard & Reports
  • Integration with Remedy ITSM & CMDB
  • Integration with 3rd Party tools to receive alerts in TrueSight
  • Configuring High Availability & DR of all TrueSight Components
  • Knowledge of Windows & UNIX platform
