About the Role
you will work to Operational Applications team in Enterprise Contact Center technologies (ECT) of Community Banking Technology.
Responsibilities
Genesys Engineering: Systems Architect/Apps Systems Engineer Provides project and platform support for the Genesys 8.x CIM (Customer Interaction Management) platform, GVP (Genesys Voice Portal), and InfoMart Reporting platform. Provides technical consultation and guidance on all platform related issues and topics. Installs, configures, and tests Genesys application software, as well as middleware components such as JAVA, on Linux and Windows servers in the Lab and Production environments. Authors production implementation documents for production installations. Creates run books, platform support playbooks and BCP documentation as required. Troubleshoots platform related issues that may arise. Performs weekly on-call duty on a rotational.

Essential Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate with B.A. /B.S. College Degree preferred major in Computer Science and/or MIS (Management Information Systems)/Engineering graduate.
- Resource who is aware of Genesys Platform Engineering and worked on Genesys Product Migrations/Installations.
- Strong Engineering and Software development knowledge, Hands on experience on automating manual efforts in contact center domain
- The ideal candidate will have 8-9 years of hands-on engineering experience with the Genesys application suite of products primarily in a Linux environment
- Demonstrated technical competency and proficient in English language.
