Job description
As part of Wells Fargo Technology team, this is a management position responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers in HCM arena. The incumbent of this position is responsible for leading a cross-functional team through the complete software development lifecycle, developing in a fast-paced environment. Drives complex programming activities with an agile mindset using the latest technologies to build products that are scalable, durable, and secure. The position requires expertise around onboarding HR Service delivery using Servicenow.
Detailed Job requirements:
  • Approx. 15+ years of experience, of which at least 5 years in technology leadership roles.
  • Demonstrable success in creating and driving effective technology teams in global business environments.
  • Delivers high-quality, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions that meet business requirements and conform to architectural designs and technology.
  • Expertise with onboarding HR Service delivery using Servicenow, preferably integration with Workday HCM product.
  • Expertise in onboarding HR Service delivery using Servicenow- Case management, portal management, Unified HR Service Management and Workflow.
  • Background in and strong understanding of broad HR systems architecture and data
  • Work with Implementation partner for successful Scrum releases and plan the transition to Wells Fargo within a defined target date.
  • Proven delivery application portfolios inclusive of XaaS technologies and on-prem solutions
  • Act as a technical and change advocate promoting use of technology and assessing landscape for continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of delivery and manage multi-release projects in AGILE
  • Ability to decide and act without having the big picture and comfortable handling risk and uncertainty.
  • Manages and mentors team of direct reports by providing career path conversations and guidance, and helping them achieve their goals through effective development and training plans
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Ability to establish executive level relationships across the various business and technology organizations.
  • Ability to make difficult decisions balancing business requirements, project timelines / budgets, and product and technology roadmaps and architectural designs.
  • Embraces innovation by constantly seeking new or contrary ideas and approaches to what has been done in the past. Thinks big and broad, without being constrained by existing norms or business models.
