Excellent Opportunity In MNC For Finacle L2 support Engineer
Location- CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai / BANGALORE
Finacle Application support L2 JD.
  • Providing Navigational support for resolving the queries related to Cash Handling, Liabilities, Loans and Advances, Clearing and remittances issues.
  • Interaction with RTGS/NEFT/ECS transactions.
  • Creation new scheme codes as per request received from banks.
  • Creation of new office accounts pointing and non-pointing.
  • Creation of New GL codes
  • Changing in exiting reports as per customer request.
  • Co-ordination with L-3 team for new modules as per customer request.
  • Applying interest on monthly /half yearly/Quarterly
  • Supporting to end user for network issues (like router, modem and LAN cable/Pinging)
  • Providing AD support to end user for converting the system in domain.
  • Resolving printer related issue as reported from end users.
  • Creation new batch jobs and replication for the same in all respective SOLs.
  • Application support for EOD, BEOD, ISOLOP.
  • Resolving various type fatal errors as facing end user at the time of closing accounts, doing transaction, open new accounts creation BG etc
  • Resolving Interest application issues as reported from end users for Loans, CC, OD, and TD accounts.
  • Resolving all type of inventory issues.
  • Co-ordination with the sponsor bank for resolving NEFT/RTGS issues.
  • Looking all type of charges issues.
  • Handling year end closing activity
  • Supporting to L-1 engineers for all type of issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have Good communication skills.
Qualification- Any Graduate
Shift: - Rotational including Night
Salary: 32K CTC
Must have secured more than or equal to 50% in entire academic.
No educational or career gap( gap until 2 yrs will be considered)
No Distance/Correspondence/Open Schooling course are allowed.
