Responsible for design, migration, and high availability
Drive/Manage service quality and improvement of service delivery processes.
Conduct performance tuning like database tuning, query tuning, scalability tuning, batch process tuning, capacity tuning
Continually identify ways tto reduce cost delivering the services and improve service.

to Design database partition strategy
to Closely working and co-ordination with Sending Geo's team and ensure quality service delivery from India team.
to Ensure ITIL alignment of support processes and holistic management of service delivery.
