Role Objective :Responsible for business performance of SME line of business for the defined territory.

Key Job Role & KPI details :• Responsible for achievement of the sales budget for the area under his control

• Achieving the sales target and track the profitability & productivity of the channel

• Responsible for market intelligence and tracking market trends

• Exploring new products, ideas and providing constant feedback on performance of our products in the market

• Prepare periodic MIS and track the performance of the advisors and products and providing feedback to the corporate office for the same

• Implement company’s media plan and sales promotional activities


Required Qualification / Experience
  • Full Time Graduate/ Post Graduate in related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the relevant profile
  • Good demonstration and presentation skills
  • Client handling experience is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint and Excel
