About the Role:

We have an excellent opportunity in the Data & Analytics team for an experienced Tableau developer to develop and support Cyber Security projects within Wells Fargo Enterprise Information Security.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Tableau Dashboards and data sources on Tableau server v10.5 or higher.
Create and support end user presentations and ad-hoc reporting
Support enhancements to existing dashboards/Projects
Partner with stakeholders to define issues and information needs and translates them into specific data requirements and analyze business requirements.
Partner across the larger team to provide seamless consulting and reporting services
Maintain necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the reporting solution along with an inventory of reporting history
Responsible for system and data quality assurance and consistency
Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff

Essential Qualifications

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Master s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
5 + years of Tableau Dashboard development experience with server knowledge
3+ years of experience with SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Experience in creating Dashboards and proficiency in handling large datasets
Experience with BI technologies and ETL framework
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
